Credit Card Charges:
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm.

Order Tracking:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates - United States

Orders shipped within the United States, as well as to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO, are charged a flat rate of $6 dollars (unlimited weight). Shipping charges for Wholesale & Distributor accounts are calculated separately.

Shipping Rates - International

Orders shipped to other countries are charged $25 for the 1st item and $2 for each additional item.

We currently accept international orders online from the following countries:
American Samoa, Belgium, Canada, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Guam, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Unite Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Virgin Islands.

For all other countries, please download our order form, fill out and mail in with your payment.

We ship all International orders Priority Mail International via USPS. International orders ship within 3 business days of ordering and usually take between 2-4 weeks to arrive at their destination. Depending on customs and where you live it can take up to 6 weeks. We cannot waive customs taxes by putting your order as a gift. If your country has taxes then you are required to pay them.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item:
If you are unsure about your purchase, please do not wear the item(s). We will gladly issue a refund within 10 days of your purchase date. Exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days after the purchase date. EXCHANGES MUST INCLUDE A CHECK, MONEY ORDER, or CASH for the amount of $5 dollars to cover the shipping and handling costs of sending your exchange back to you. (International orders please email us for instructions)

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 days for a refund, 30 days for an exchange of your purchase date.

If you are returning unused merchandise, it must be returned in the condition you received it - with hangtags attached and inside the original packaging - within 30 days of your receipt of the order. Should you need to return your merchandise, please contact the the SST Superstore to obtain a return authorization. Please allow 7-10 days for us to process your return once we receive the item. All returns should be sent to us postage or freight prepaid. Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after we have received and processed your returned item. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than sstsuperstore.com, please go directly to the original place of purchase.

Steps For Returns:

  1. Please email orders@sstsuperstore.com to request a exchange or refund.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
  4. Refunds - Please include original receipt or email order confirmation. (receipt and order confirmations must be from the SST Superstore)

Return Exceptions:

  • Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music and video.
  • Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges:
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
